Tuf-Tite Channel Drain (TT-TR-1)

Snap-on End Caps.

Simply remove an end cap, extend the trench to any length, and re-install the end cap.

Cut to Size

The trench may be field cut with a hand saw, and capped with a male end cap or a TR1-D4 End Drain


Molded-In Ribs

Provide exceptional vertical compression strength - unequaled by other trench designs.

Choice of 3 Drains

Three bottom drains are molded in. Knock-out membranes allow trench to be drained with 2” or 3” Schedule 40, or 4” SDR35 pipe.










Tuf-Tite Corner (TT-TR1-90)


  • TR1-90 is a 90deg. corner unit for the TR-1 Channel Drain.
  • It has molded ends for snap-together installation.
  • Come assembled with grate and screws.
  • Corner section is 6-3/4" wide at the base,
  • 8-3/4" long on each side (at the base)
  • 5" deep.


 

Tuf-Tite Optional End Drain (TT-TR1-D4)

Male End Drain snaps on female end of Channel Drain.

Accepts:
  • 4" SDR 35-3034 Pipe
  • 4" 2729 Pipe
  • 4" corrugated pipe (when used with an MF-4 pipe connector).






 

Tuf-Tite Pipe Connector (TT-MF-4)


  • To connect 4" corrugated pipe to the bottom of channel drain (TR1) or optional end drain (TR1-D4)
  • Provides a watertight fit.







 

Tuf-Tite Gender Changers (TT-TR1-GCF) (TT-TR1-GCM)


  • TR1-GCF changes male end of TR1 to female.
  • TR1-GCM changes female end of TR1 to male.








TPAN-12 Trench Drain (TT-TPAN-12)

 

Trench Pan includes grate and adapter ring .

  • Load rating: Medium truck traffic.
  • Grate complies with Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • Fits Sch. 40 or SDR-35 pipe.
  • Trench Pan is 12" x 6";
    Pan is 4-1/4" deep from top to bottom of hub.
    Grate is secured with screws.
    Includes SDR-35 bushing.
