Delta®-Fast'ner

The DELTA®-FAST'ner is a multistud fastener for the safe attachment of DELTA®-MS and DELTA®-DRAIN to the foundation wall. The fastener provides superior holding power to prevent tear-out at fastening points during backfill.

The DELTA®-FAST'ner is made of HDPE and is orange in colour. It is used with a DELTA®-NAIL or concrete nail to fasten the DELTA® Membrane in place.

For use with Delta Drain MS, Delta Drain, Delta Drain 2000, 6000, 6200 & 9000.

Delta T-Fast'ner

The DELTA® T-FAST'ner is a multistud fastener for the safe attachment of DELTA®-MS. The fastener provides superior holding power to prevent tear-out at fastening points during backfill. Its pre-tensioned T-shape head keeps the flat tab of the dimpled membrane firmly pressed against the foundation wall to prevent unwanted intrusion of soil particles.

The DELTA® T-FAST'ner is made of HDPE and is orange in colour. It is used with a DELTA®-NAIL or concrete nail to fasten the DELTA® Membrane in place.

DELTA® T-FAST'ner can substitute the combination of regular DELTA®-FAST'ners and DELTA®-TERMINATION BAR.

Delta Plug

DELTA®-PLUG is a single fastener for attachment of DELTA®-MS and DELTA®-PT. The plug is used with a DELTA®-NAIL or concrete nail to fasten the DELTA® membrane in place.

The plug is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and is brown in colour. It helps to prevent tear-out at fixing points.

Delta Moldstrip

DELTA®-MOLDSTRIP is a molding used to finish off the installation of DELTA® membranes around windows and doors, and at grade level or grade changes in the foundation. It is attached with concrete nails.

DELTA®-MOLDSTRIP is made of recycled Polyethylene (PE) and is black in colour. The molding comes in 3" wide by 6'-6" long.

For use with Delta MS and Delta Drain, Delta drain 2000 & 6000.

Delta Flash

DELTA®-FLASH is an angled flashing used to finish off the top of the flat tab, window and door cutouts, as well as vertical terminations of DELTA® membrane installations. DELTA®-FLASH is attached with concrete nails. It can replace the DELTA®-Termination Bar.

DELTA®-FLASH is made of recycled Polyethylene (PE) with high impact resistance, and is black in colour. It is 1.75" wide by 6.0' long.

Delta Termination Bar

DELTA®-TERMINATION BAR is used to fasten the flat tab of the DELTA® membrane to the foundation walls, and to stop debris from clogging the "air gap" drainage plane behind the membrane. It is attached with concrete nails.

DELTA®-TERMINATION BAR is made from recycled Polyethylene (PE) and is black in colour. It comes in 1" wide by 6'-6" long strips.

Delta Sealant

Elastic sealing compound for installation of DELTA®-MS and DELTA®-DRAIN.

DELTA®-SEALANT is a black mastic formulation that is used to seal off the flat tab and overlaps between membranes during the installation process. The sealant is also used to seal off any gaps in the membrane created at interior and exterior corner installations where a tight fit may not be possible.

Delta Terraxx Screw

For fixing DELTA® Drainboards securely to perimeter insulating boards. Patent protected.

Ideally suited for mounting DELTA®-DRAIN onto perimeter insulating panels made of XPS with a thickness > 2" (≥ 60 mm).

The fasteners have a length of 2" (50 mm).

Usage: 36" o/c horizontally & vertically (1 fastener/m²)

The perimeter insulating panels must be solidly adhered to the wall surface or waterproofing/dampproofing coating. Secure from top to bottom across the entire insulated area by pushing DELTA®-SCREW FASTENERS through the drainage membrane and screwing firmly into the insulation panel. Extra fasteners must be used near terminations of the drainage membrane.

Tool required: Allen key ‘5’

Note: Always backfill and compact in layers. If backfilling is not done properly, the perimeter insulation may detach.
