Deep Root Barrier
DeepRoot Tree Root Barriers are patented mechanical guides that redirect tree roots down and away from hardscapes, preventing costly root damage while preserving the health and beauty of mature trees. Our Tree Root Barriers are used for linear, surround and root pruning applications on both new plantings and existing trees.
Linear application
Provide maximum hardscape protection while utilizing all available rooting space for improved tree health by placing barriers in a straight line directly along the hardscape to be protected.
Surround application
Protect hardscapes that surround a planting on all four sides. Plan to line the perimeter of the planting area with the panels – this provides the maximum available uncompacted soil volume for immediate root growth.
Root pruning application
Root pruning can help prevent injury and preserve existing trees that are causing hardscape damage. Disruptive roots are cleanly cut and removed; linear Root Barrier is then installed.

Arbor Ties
ArborTie is a revolutionary material for staking and guying trees. Specifically designed to replace traditional methods such as wire and hose, ArborTie is safe, soft, easy to use and less expensive than traditional tree ties.
The soft polypropylene materials have an exclusive weave that ensures a rounded edge at all times. This prevents the material from ever cutting into the bark of the tree, which is a common cause of injury or death to young trees. The weave also prevents ArborTie from unraveling like rope or string.
Girdling is eliminated and the olive green color blends well with the surroundings. The 900 lb. test strength stands up to fierce winds while providing enough sway to help the tree develop trunk strength. Water Barrier/Bamboo Barrier
Deep Root Geomembranes blocks roots, controls invasive species such as bamboo, protects foundations, and manages water.
Flexible, smooth, and available in a variety of widths and thicknesses, they serve two specific purposes:
Root block and invasive species control, and management of underground water movement.
Used as a Bamboo Barrier it prevents the unwanted spread of bamboo and other invasive species.
The smooth surface of the Bamboo Barrier acts as a root stop, diverting the rhizome and preventing unchecked growth.
Used as a Water Barrier it protects hardscapes and landscapes from subterranean water movement.
When used around building foundations and medians, Water Barrier blocks tree and plant root intrusion, thereby preventing moisture loss and associated settling.
The smooth HDPE, is rigid enough to stand without support in a trench while being flexible enough to wrap around corners, pipes, and other site features.
The material cuts with a utility knife but is strong enough to resist root penetration.

Tree Protectors
Our off-white, spiral tree protectors are easy to install and protect against mice, rabbits, etc., as well as damage caused by string trimmers.

Trunk Protectors
Our Trunk Protectors are plastic with UV inhibitors and prevent damage from string trimmers, lawn mowers and rodents.
They are 8" tall and are easy to install, one will fit a 4" dia. trunk and for larger trees just join 2 or 3 together.
They will not lose shape in the hottest sun, will expand with tree growth and allow bark to breathe and conditions tree to prevent sun scald
